Suite 102 in the Arco Butte Business Incubation Center is near the SW entrance to the building.  It is 581 square feet and includes two rooms.  The small room has access to 220vac electricity.  The main room is approximately 20 feet by 35 feet. The room currently has two partition.  The attached room is approximately 12 feet by 15 feet and is without a window. The room was last used by a chiropractor who divided the room for waiting, treatment and office space.  The second room was used for X-ray equipment.  The suite has single level LED lighting and there is an exterior window in the main room.

This room rents for $551.95 per month with an energy charge of $133.63.   There is a cleaning and damage deposit of  $551.95, which is refundable if the facility is returned with only normal wear and tear.  Typical leases are for 1 year, but shorter period may be negotiated.

A new and unique businesses to the community could be incubated and the rate negotiated.
