Suite 204

Suite 204 in the Arco Butte Business Incubation Center is near the northeast entrance to the building.  It is a total of 315 square feet in two rooms designed to be a reception area and an office space.  The front room is 191 square feet and approximately 15 feet by 15 feet.  Besides the door to the suite the room has a window onto the corridor.  The back room is 124 square feet, approximately 10 by 15 feet suite.   The back room has an exterior window as well as a window into the front room.    Each room in the suite has single level LED lighting. 

This room rents for $299.25 per month with an energy charge of $94.50.   There is a cleaning and damage deposit of $299.25, which is refundable if the facility is returned with only normal wear and tear.  Typical leases are for 1 year, but shorter period may be negotiated.

A new and unique businesses to the community could be incubated and the rate negotiated.
