Commercial Kitchen

The Arco Butte Business Incubation Center houses a high quality commercial kitchen that can be used for the preparation of foods for commercial purposes by those with the correct credentials for commercial food preparation.

The kitchen features two large convection ovens, commercial sized refrigerator and freezer, industrial dish washer, 6 place gas range with oven, commercial 3 place sink, separate food preparation sink, commercial microwave, commercial food processor, commercial mixer, and a variety of cookware and cooking tools, as well as table service.

The kitchen is certified by the Health Department.  It is reputed to be the nicest commercial kitchen in Butte County.

Current fees for the kitchen are:
      1/2 day $25
Whole Day $50

There is a $150 refundable cleaning and damage deposit for the use of the facility

There may be additional requirements for commercial use of the kitchen.
