Suite 205 in the Arco Butte Business Incubation Center is near the north east entrance to the building.  It was designed to be a retail space.  It is 445 square feet, and has an interior and exterior door.   The suite is approximately 25 feet by 30 feet.   The suite has both spot lights, adjustable for location and brightness, as well as general lighting. The north east corner of the room is made of glass bricks, and the room has a large picture window that faces on North Idaho Street.

This room rents for $422.75 per month with an energy charge of $102.35.   There is a cleaning and damage deposit of $422.75, which is refundable if the facility is returned with only normal wear and tear.  Typical leases are for 1 year, but shorter period may be negotiated.

A new and unique businesses to the community could be incubated and the rate negotiated.
