Suite 103 in the Arco Butte Business Incubation Center is near the center of the south wing. It is 309 square feet and includes a small closet space in the back of the suite.   The suite is approximately 15 feet by 35 feet.    The suite has three-level LED lighting and there is one exterior window.  

This room rents for $293.55 per month with an energy charge of $71.07.   There is a cleaning and damage deposit of $293.55, which is refundable if the facility is returned with only normal wear and tear.  Typical leases are for 1 year, but shorter period may be negotiated.

A new and unique businesses to the community could be incubated and the rate negotiated.
