Suite 201 in the Arco Butte Business Incubation Center is near the northwest entrance to the
building. It is 582 square feet and includes and exterior roll-up door, sink, ventilation fan and independent space heater. The suite is approximately 25 feet by 35 feet, and is designed for light manufacturing. The room was last used by a saddle tree manufacturer who added additional electrical outlet to accommodate his power tools. The suite has single level LED lighting and there are no exterior windows.
This room rents for $552.90 per
month with an energy charge of $133.86. There is a cleaning and damage
deposit of $552.90, which is refundable if the facility is returned with only
normal wear and tear. Typical leases are for 1 year, but shorter period
may be negotiated.
A new and unique businesses to the
community could be incubated and the rate negotiated.
